If you love museums, want to make a difference and be part of a rich heritage, come and join our friendly, welcoming and award-winning group of volunteers!
Volunteers have been vital to the existence of Tudor House since it opened, and this year, they were recognised for their efforts at the West Midlands Museum Development Volunteer Awards, where the team won the Above and Beyond Team category and the overall Judges Award for Excellence!
Join us and you can help in a variety of ways including stewarding, welcoming visitors, coffee shop, research and display, events, collection care, maintenance and more. It is not essential to have a great deal of historical knowledge but an interest in the history of the house, and in meeting and working with other people is important.
Volunteers are given initial induction, training and support. They can buy tickets for our talks and events at reduced prices and there are regular social events and training updates.
