As part of this year’s Heritage Open Days we will be highlighting our Arts Council England funded Bedfellows project.  The project aims to create curtains and coverlet for the tester bed in our bed chamber using 16th century techniques.  You will see Bedfellows volunteers working on the embroidered coverlet and see the work in progress. They will be here during opening hours on Saturday 9th September 10am-4pm and Sunday 10th September 11am-3pm.
