As part of the national Museums at Night event, we are offering the chance to take part in our rare, after-hours tour of the usually off limits spaces in Tudor House! Explore the cellars and attics, and discover the secret medieval foundations hidden from daily view.
At 7.30pm, we will start an exploration with a difference of the museum as we descend below floors to discover the ancient monuments in the cellars. We’ll then ascend up stairs to act as building detectives, wandering the attics and seeing the architecture normally a secret only the staff get to see!
Tickets are £8 per person (£6.50 for Friends of the Museum) and include refreshments after the tour. Please note that there is no disabled access to either the attics or the cellars. Booking for this event will open in the new year.
