Thursday, August 3, 2017
FreeStoryteller extraordinaire, Sharon Carr, will be bringing tales of myths and magic to Tudor House during August 2017! Weaving original fairy tales with the history of the museum and Worcestershire, she’ll retell stories with the aid of puppets, music and song.
Once Upon a Time on 3rd August, you can listen to the legends of Granny and Sonny, the Wicked Witch and the Magic Porridge Pot, before discovering fossil folklore with the Fairy Cake story! Sessions at 11am and 2pm.
In Dragons, Ogres, Fairies, Oh My! on 17th August, Sharon will retell stories with the aid of puppets, music and song. Listen to the legends of Jack and his beanstalk, the Lonely Ogre of Malvern, plus lots of dragon stories and the fossil folklore behind fairy cakes! Sessions at 11am and 2pm.
Each session is free and lasts 45 minutes. Recommended ages 6-11 but flex
