THE SHOW: To complement Death Awareness Week, Cat Weatherill & Ruth Graham take to the stage to share true stories about unforgettable people they have known. Laugh-out-loud funny, heartfelt, informative, candid and joyously alive – this is a show that celebrates the strength and spirit behind most ordinary lives, and their outcomes. You will laugh. You might cry. You’ll definitely go home smiling.

Ruth Graham is a fabulously funny comedian who is also a professional funeral celebrant. Cat Weatherill is an inspirational storyteller who charms adult audiences around the world.

WORKSHOPS 23rd and 30th May: Would you like to be able to tell a story about someone – a story that honours and celebrates their life? To complement their live show, the Unforgettable team are offering two free workshops to help you do exactly that, either speaking out loud or writing it down. You will learn skills that can be used for many family and work occasions – not just funerals! Anytime a life needs remembering and celebrating.  You don’t need to have ANY experience of writing or storytelling.

The first is The Gold Rolls Royce – a storytelling workshop that encourages participants to remember stories about unforgettable characters they have known, and to explore how those characters shaped their lives.

The second is The Story of a Life. Ruth reveals her formula for writing eulogies (stories told at funerals) and invites people to write their own. This is a powerful exercise. It’s not simply about looking back – it’s about looking ahead, and seeing how the time remaining may be best lived.
