FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Tudor House is 10 minutes from the main train and bus stations. There is an NCP car park at the end of the street and some limited on-street parking right outside the museum.

What can I bring into the event?

Yourself, and favourite notebook and pens! We will provide pens and paper for those who prefer to travel light.

What’s the refund policy?

We will issue a full refund if we have to cancel the event. If you find you’ve booked tickets and can’t attend, we’ll do all we can to help you resell them, but we won’t be able to refund unless they are.
