As part of our exciting pop up exhibition Evacuee Stories we’re delighted that our volunteer, Alec, will be joining us for a very special afternoon. Alec was evacuated to Devon from London during the war, and has lots of memorable tales from his time as an evacuee. Throughout the month, you’ll be able to watch the film we made about his experiences as part of the exhibition. But for one very special afternoon, Alec will also be here in person. You can ask him anything about what it was like to be evacuated!

Alec will be here from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 25th September. The exhibition is free to visit, but we do welcome all donations.
